Paint & Painter is a service operated by The Thinking Room Technologies (Proprietorship, Udyam Registration UDYAM-UP-29-0238235) (“we”, “us”). We operate a platform that connects homeowners in Bengaluruwith vetted, independent painting professionals (“Painters”) and facilitate the booking, quotation and a portion of the payment for residential painting work.

You request a free home visit. We assign a vetted Painter who visits your property and prepares an itemised quotation for the work. The process is:

• You submit a request and book a free, no-obligation home visit.
• The assigned Painter inspects the site and shares a transparent, itemised quotation.
• If you approve the quotation, you pay a 15% advance through our platform to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance is paid by you directly to the Painter on satisfactory completion of the work.

All pricing is tailored to your specific home and scope of work, and is set out in the quotation shared after the site visit. Prices are inclusive of the materials and labour described in the quotation. Any change in scope may require a revised quotation. The advance you pay through the platform is 15% of the approved quotation value; the balance is payable directly to the Painter.

The 15% advance is collected online through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. By making a payment you agree to the payment gateway’s terms in addition to these Terms. Payments made directly to a Painter are between you and the Painter.

• Provide accurate information about your property and requirements.
• Provide safe access to the site and a reasonable working environment.
• Review and approve the quotation before work begins.

We work only with vetted Painters and stand behind the quality of work. Any workmanship warranty applicable to your project will be stated in your quotation. Warranty claims should be raised with us promptly on the contact details below.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paint & Painter’s liability arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount of the advance paid through the platform for the relevant booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
