Choose the right paint for your home

Our Luxury package (Asian Paints Royale Luxury / Aspira) lasts the longest — typically 8+ years — followed by Premium (about 7 years) and Popular (about 5 years). Essential (Tractor Emulsion) is best repainted every 2–3 years.

Popular, Premium and Luxury are all washable — you can wipe off everyday marks with a damp cloth. Essential is a basic matte and is not truly washable, which is why we recommend it mainly for rentals and short stays.

If you're staying long term, have kids, or want a richer finish that stays clean, yes. Royale is far more washable and stain-resistant and holds its look for years longer, so the higher upfront cost often works out cheaper per year than repainting a budget paint more often.

Matte hides minor wall imperfections and looks soft and modern, but is harder to clean. A sheen (Premium/Luxury) reflects a little light, looks richer, and wipes clean easily — better for kitchens, kids' rooms and high-traffic walls.

Yes — putty levels the wall and fills fine cracks and dents so the paint goes on smooth and even. Skipping putty is a common way cheap contractors cut cost, and it shows badly once the paint dries. Putty is included in every one of our packages.

Yes. A proper primer coat is included in all packages. Primer seals the wall and helps the paint bond and last — diluting or skipping it is another shortcut we never take.

Yes. We shift furniture to the centre of the room and cover it, along with floors and fittings, with plastic sheeting before any work begins.

Yes — the site is cleaned every day during the job and given a final cleanup at handover. We don't leave a mess behind.

Yes. Our per-sq-ft rate is all-inclusive — material, labour, preparation, masking, cleaning, supervision and warranty are all part of the quoted price.

No. Your quotation is all-inclusive — the price you see is the price you pay. We separate material and execution costs clearly so there are no surprise additions at the end.

They use different grades of Asian Paints — from Tractor Emulsion (Essential) up to Royale Luxury (Luxury). As you move up, washability, stain resistance, finish quality, durability and warranty all improve. The prep, labour and process stay just as thorough across all four.

Most 2–3 BHK repaints take about 3–6 working days depending on size, wall condition and whether it's a fresh paint or a repaint. Your supervisor shares a clear schedule up front.

Premium or Luxury — both are highly washable and stain-resistant, so crayon, scuffs and sticky handprints wipe off without leaving marks or dull patches.

Popular and above use anti-fungal-grade paints, and our prep includes crack filling and minor repairs. For active seepage we'll flag waterproofing during the site visit so the paint actually lasts.

Fresh paint is a brand-new or unpainted wall that needs full putty and primer build-up. A repaint is an already-painted wall that mainly needs patch repair, spot putty and fresh coats — usually a little less material and time.
